Job Description
- Oversee the overall operations and performance of all YAKAP branches
- Plan, implement, and monitor YAKAP projects and activities across branches
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with branch heads, clinic managers, and partner agencies
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare consolidated reports on branch performance, accomplishments, and issues
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization across branches
- Identify risks, issues, and gaps; develop and implement mitigation plans
- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and performance reviews with branch teams
- Ensure timely submission of required reports to management and partner agencies
- Facilitate process improvements and standardization across YAKAP branches
