Project Manager (Operations & Maintenance)

Oversee the operations and maintenance of the CCTV system for a Government Authority in Singapore, ensuring high system availability, compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA), and continuous system performance optimisation.

Lead and manage 24/7 maintenance operations including fault response, troubleshooting, rectification, and incident management to ensure system uptime, reliability, and operational availability.

Monitor system performance, logs, alarms, and metrics to detect faults early, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Establish and enforce preventive and corrective maintenance regimes, including routine inspections, servicing, firmware/software updates, and system tuning.
