Functional/Technical skills:

· Should be leading the operations and have ensured service deliverables on time as per the academic calendar/project demands.

· Should be able to solve problems and think innovatively about student support and satisfaction.

· Familiarisation with online learning and platforms like LMS, ERP, CRM tools.
