Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage 5–10 facilities and construction projects concurrently
+ Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and funding requests
+ Manage financials, cost variance reporting, and documentation
+ Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
