Project Manager Non IT

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Project Manager Non-IT to their team for an initial 12 months of contract with a high possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office in Toronto.


Responsibilities Include:

Lead the execution of strategic sales-related projects for the Canadian Contact Centre, ensuring successful delivery on time, scope, and budget.

Develop and manage project documentation, including business cases, project charters, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.

Coordinate workstreams, establish clear roles through RACIs, and manage governance with senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Collaborate with internal clients to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes.

Oversee project execution by tracking dependencies, milestones, and activities, and proactively addressing risks and issues.
