Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from identification through design, planning, approval, construction, and closeout, focusing on MEP systems, HVAC, and facility infrastructure.
Develop project scope and schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate documentation throughout all phases of assigned projects.
Coordinate and track vendor RFPs, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain diligent financial and compliance records.
