Role: Project Manager - Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR
Months Contract

- On-site role at WHQ; / hybrid work schedule (some Fridays in office depending on business needs)
- Degree preferred, not a hard requirement; PMP certification nice to have, not required
- + years’ experience (ideally more) in a project management position

Top must-have skills include the following:
- Can “fly at multiple altitudes”; can see big picture while still noticing small details, etc.
- Systems thinker
- Has lead cross functional projects in the past
- Can negotiate with multiple personalities and can coordinate communications between teams successfully

Desired soft skills:
- Executive management skills
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented
- Self starter
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
