The organization undertakes a variety ofmercial and light industrial projects ranging from new-build office buildings and grocery stores to warehouses and tenant improvements. Projects range in size from $1-$20m. The owners of thepany take pride in having an honest andmunicative style.
Due to the nature of the projects the organization undertakes, they remain busy despite the turbulent market many are facing at present.

Your new role

The position will suit a proactive Project Manager who has a strong attention to detail. Many of the tenants or end users you will deal with are knowledgeable regarding the construction process, and you must befortable interacting with such people with tact and diplomacy.
