The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Civil Engineering along with proven expertise in planning, execution, and management of large-scale residential/infrastructure projects.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, budget adherence, and coordination among all stakeholders involved in the development of modern student accommodation facilities.
