Project Manager

Environment: Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support two concurrent enterprise initiatives. This role will oversee project coordination, execution tracking, stakeholder communication, and vendor management across both streams. The workload will be shared between the two projects, as neither requires full-time allocation independently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong intermediate PM with experience in ERP implementations and enterprise system integrations.

1. Finance ERP Implementation

• Oversee ongoing Financial ERP
• Manage integration with the manufacturing and distribution ERP system
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external vendors
