Main Functions

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and successfully delivering projects related to the development, launch, and follow‑up of products intended for the private sector. The person plays a central liaison role between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure deliverable quality, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the launch of new products or the reformulation of existing products, ensuring effective collaboration between internal and external teams.
  • Lead internal project follow‑up meetings to align teams on objectives and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all technical documentation requests (CoA, specification sheets, structure claims, etc.), via email or client platforms.
  • Complete and update product documentation and specifications as requested by clients.
