  • Project Management: Strong project management and leadership abilities for managing complex implementations
  • Create and Track project plan
  • Collaborate with various technical, functional teams along with customers and users.
  • Highlight risk and challenges
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • MES Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with specific MES platforms
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop floor systems. Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is often beneficial.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and comprehensive project plan and trackers as needed.
