Job Description

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Portfolio Management, this role is responsible for leading projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered and aligned to business needs.

  • Lead project delivery from start to finish, working with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and outcomes

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resourcing, and risks

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path

  • Coordinate across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep work moving forward

  • Work in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment, collaborating with Business Analysts, developers, and subject matter experts

  • Support discussions to clarify business needs and ensure solutions align with intended outcomes

  • Monitor progress and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels
