Education : Any Graduate/Postgraduate

No barrier in Discipline/Grades

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-priority strategic initiatives for the offline operations team to improve new business, expansion, and day-to-day operations across offline centers
  • Manage stakeholder communication with respect to process changes, milestone planning, and escalations
  • Partner with Finance, SCM, HR, Admin, and cross-functional teams to align operational execution with strategic business goals.
