Project Manager - Mechanical & HVAC Projects

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical Project Manager to join our Projects Team based in Fareham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mechanical and HVAC projects ranging in value from £10,000 to £800,000 across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, East Sussex and West Sussex. Projects will typically include plant replacement, HVAC upgrades, heating systems, ventilation systems, air conditioning installations, mechanical refurbishment works and associated building services upgrades. In addition to managing mechanical packages, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing associated specialist subcontractors including electrical, controls, builders, civils and other trades required to successfully deliver projects.
