Project Manager (Mechanical)

Job Summary: This role involves leading a team of competent engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in tendering for projects, procuring materials, equipment and manpower, coordinating with stakeholders, installation of the ACMV system as well as conduct of testing and commissioning of the ACMV system. Job Description: Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of ACMV engineers, supervisors and skilled workers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team. 2. Stakeholders management: Coordinate with main contractor, MEP contractors as well as other trades subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works. 3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in executing their works according to technical specifications and drawings, as well as prevailing codes and regulations.
