Job Description
Duties:
- Fully responsible of assigned projects.
- Cost estimation, plan and develop the budget for project.
- Requisition of resources for the project such as sub-con, labour, materials, equipment, etc.
- Minimise / reduce wastage of materials, equipment, resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Plan the project schedule, review and adjust as project progress.
- Perform project management organisation to ensure that project progresses according to schedule and to take the appropriate corrective action when deviations arises.
- Liaise with customers, consultants, RTO and statutory authorities on matters concerning the progress of work, acceptance of work, approval of plans, when problems arise.
- Prepare and submit progress claim and ensure positive cash flow.
- Ensure proper hand over of project to the customer upon project completion.
