We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving initiatives across AI, operations, and enterprise-facing workflows. This role sits at the intersection of documentation, coordination, and executive-level communication, with a strong emphasis on automation-aware execution.

If you excel at organizing complex information, building clean systems in Notion and Google Docs, and understand how tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n can streamline workflows, you'll thrive in this role. You'll manage project workflows, maintain documentation standards, and support senior stakeholders through clear, reliable execution while helping identify opportunities to automate and scale internal processes.
