POSITION PURPOSE:
The Team Leader / Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and successful delivery of assigned infrastructure or building projects. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, budget, and schedule.

• Lead and oversee project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, architects, and other project staff involved in design and construction activities.
