JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Site Manager is responsible for the overall management of construction site operations to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations. The role focuses on site execution, manpower supervision, planning, coordination, and reporting in support of Mevbuilt, Inc.'s project goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project & Site Management
Manage daily site operations per project scope, plans, and schedule.
Ensure works follow drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contract requirements.
Break project into zones, floors, or sections for effective planning and control.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineering, Safety, QA/QC, and support teams.
Planning & Monitoring
Prepare short-term and look-ahead work plans.
Track progress, identify delays/issues, and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure proper planning and utilization of materials, equipme...
