Project Manager (Real Estate) – Job Description

• Oversee and manage the full construction and site development lifecycle, from pre-construction to project turnover
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure compliance, alignment, and timely project delivery
• Supervise on-site activities, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, safety, and environmental regulations
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and progress reports to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time completion
• Lead coordination meetings, monitor contractor performance, resolve project issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project progress and quality

Qualifications:
