Job Description

  • Oversee the full construction site development process from pre-construction to project turnover.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and LGUs to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
  • Supervise on-site activities and conduct regular inspections to maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, cost estimates, and progress reports.
  • Monitor contractor performance, resolve site issues, and enforce contractual obligations to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Project Manager
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with local government regulations and environmental standards
  • Proficient in documentation and record-keeping
