This position leads comprehensive project management for construction and design projects, serving as the primary senior-level client contact throughout project duration while developing and executing client-driven goals, schedules, budgets, and strategic implementation methodologies. The role encompasses full project lifecycle management from conceptual design through construction completion, vendor management, business development activities, and contribution to company growth initiatives while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
