Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery from kickoff to launch: scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Run agile-style ceremonies as needed (standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
  • Translate requirements into clear tickets/user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Maintain and optimize workflows in Jira, Linear, ClickUp (and adapt quickly to other tools)
  • Track progress, identify blockers early, and drive resolution with the team
  • Produce concise status updates and project documentation (plans, meeting notes, decision logs)
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize work and align outcomes with business goals
  • Support QA/UAT coordination and release readiness (checklists, sign-offs, rollout steps)

  • At least 1 year of experience managing technical/software projects
