Job Description
Primary responsible for managing the delivery of BDO Projects:
End-to-end project management and ownership of the Project Management Lifecycle and its process from the beginning to endManagement of project timelines, on-time delivery of project activities, project work plan, management of projects technical issues and risks, submission of regular (weekly/periodic) reports and updates, and project documentation. Below are the high-level service deliverables:
Ensure Project CompletionEnsure Project Team ComplianceOversee Project Timeline, Budget and ScopeEnsure that all stakeholders are aligned in terms of responsibilities and schedulePerform Project Management based on BDO Enterprise Project Management office standards Duties and Responsibilities
Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
