Responsibilities

- Project Management & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects across web, app, and custom platforms

- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets

- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness

- Establish and manage project KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for the team

- Client Engagement & Proposal Management

- Engage with international clients to understand their business and technical requirements

- Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and timelines with clear deliverables

- Conduct technical discussions and project presentations with clients

- Team Management

- Manage, mentor, and build a capable in-house IT team

- Conduct performance reviews and ensure upskilling across technology areas
