Job Description
I. PURPOSE
PROJECT MANAGER that will be responsible for the overall deliverable of an Interior fit-out project from design stage to hand over of the project.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and Implementing the construction project.
- Creating Construction schedule with project deliverables and milestones
- Construction project budget Management
- Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end
- Working with vendors, oversee the performance of subcontractors and other members of construction teams
- Managing resources such as constructions supplies, workers and equipment.
- Maintain health and safety standard on site.
- Create project reports.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- Graduate of Engineering Course preferably BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture.
