Main Functions Responsible for leading a cross‑functional, integrated project team on heavy civil and mining projects (M$100–300) and driving competitive project performance in Stage 2 (FEL2). Duties include planning and assembling project teams, leading the project through Gate reviews, managing contractors, and project stewardship.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead project by assembling and leading an integrated project team with accountability for project performance (Safety/Quality/Cost/Schedule).
• Set key Gate dates and develop plan to support project goals/timelines, including aligning with operational constraints.
• Plan and ensure project deliverable reviews are completed on time and to the required quality.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on project objective and strategies (POS), concept selection, overall schedule and project cost and value delivery.
