Project Manager – Telecom (Mobile & Fixed Networks)


Location: Mindanao-wide, Philippines
Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 (all-in)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Reports To: Program Director / Head of PMO / Operations Manager

Job Overview

The Project Manager (Telecom) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of telecom rollout, expansion, and modernization projects across Mindanao. This role covers both Mobile Networks (RAN, Core, Transmission) and Fixed Networks (FTTx, Fiber Backbone, IP/MPLS), with strong focus on provincial, rural, island, and challenging terrain deployments. The position requires close coordination with LGUs, vendors, and subcontractors while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline compliance.
