Position Overview (Mindanao-Wide – Philippines)
The Project Manager (Telecom) leads end-to-end delivery of telecom rollout, expansion, and modernization projects across Mindanao, covering Mobile Networks (RAN, Core, Transmission) and Fixed Networks (FTTx, Backbone, IP/MPLS). The role requires strong experience in provincial and remote deployments, LGU coordination, and multi-vendor environments.
Experience: Minimum 5 years telecom project management
Coverage: Mindanao-wide (urban, rural, island, high-altitude sites)
Reporting To: Program Director / Head of PMO / Operations Manager
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 45,000 (All-In)
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Governance
Define project scope aligned with customer contracts and regional rollout priorities
Develop rollout plans considering terrain, weather, access, and logistics constraints
Establish governance, reporting, and escalation structures
Ensure compliance with NTC, LGU, and DENR requirements
