Job Description
Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.
The Project manager will be responsible for acting as the Director of Sports' strategic partner and operational right-hand, supporting the department's strategy, leading key sports-related projects from concept to execution, developing business opportunities, and championing budget management. The role requires strategic thinking, structured project management, strong stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness to ensure successful delivery across multiple business areas.
