Description

Project Manager with industrial unit/logistics experience required on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for taking ownership and delivery. Your main role and responsibilities will be: -

Managing projects through design development, procurement and construction phases
Procurement and delivery of Design & Build contracts
Delivery of projects involving structural steel frames, heavy-duty slabs and extensive external works
Good knowledge of CDM Regulations.
Coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams
Managing cost, programme, risk and change control across complex construction packages
Experience working both client-side and/or for a main contractor, with a strong understanding of contractor delivery approaches
Experience of working within major infrastructure or construction programmes
