Qualifications



  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in healthcare or multi-storey facilities.


  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, technical standards, and regulatory compliance.


  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple trades.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


  • Proficiency in project management tools and


  • MS Office applications
