Project Manager - Land Development

The Project Manager – Land Development at The Viera Company is responsible for leading land development projects from early planning through construction and close‑out, playing a key role in delivering well‑designed, high‑quality communities.

This position provides full project ownership—managing schedules, budgets, permitting, compliance, and construction activities while ensuring projects meet quality standards and business objectives.   Own end ‑ to ‑ end delivery of assigned land development projects, managing planning, permitting, budgets, schedules, construction, and cross ‑ functional teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
