Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

*Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.  
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.  
- Collaborate with the software development team to streamline project management workflows.  
- Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and client deliverables.  
- Ensure operational compliance and maintain quality standards.  
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

*Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships, especially in the palm oil and agriculture technology sectors.  
- Promote the company's software solutions to prospective clients.
