Job description:

a) Project and site management

• Responsible for the full spectrum of project and site-related matters
• Prepare work program, schedule and plan for the project's resources, manage the allocation efficiency
• Implement and monitor all aspects of construction activities undertaken from implementation to completion of projects, including final accounts and constantly ensure project cost is kept within budget
• Monitor sub-contractors' performance, progress of works and claims
