Job Description

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager to run the day‑to‑day engine of our organic and paid social programs. You'll manage intake → scoping → calendars → production → approvals → publishing → reporting. You'll coordinate creatives, copy, video, paid media, and client stakeholders to deliver on‑time, on‑brand, and on‑budget campaigns.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Intake & Scoping: Turn briefs into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables with acceptance criteria and success metrics.
  • Planning: Build monthly/quarterly roadmaps, content calendars, short lists, and campaign runbooks; maintain RACI and SLAs.
  • Resource & Capacity: Own resourcing plans across design/copy/video/community; balance workloads and manage dependencies.
  • Project Execution: Run stand‑ups, sprint planning, and reviews; track tickets/tasks; unblock teams; keep projects green.
