  • Lead and manage the project team to oversee all development activities, ensuring completion within the approved budget, timeline, and with high‑quality standards.
  • Oversee on‑site project management, assess the performance of contractors, consultants, and sub‑contractors, and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Ensure that all construction works are executed in strict compliance with approved plans, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Monitor overall project progress and proactively guide the team to prepare and procure necessary materials in advance.
  • Organize and conduct project kick‑off meetings, monthly site meetings, technical meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal project team discussions.
