The **UMB Governance** organization within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is comprised of IT leaders, project managers, architects, software engineers, and analysts coming from diverse background and experiences. Functionally, the Governance Organization provides guidance and oversight to IT processes, projects, capacity, and risk management functions to ensure appropriate strategies, policies and controls are executed effectively and efficiently.
