Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end management of a 12‑month manufacturing plant project.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Oversee risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.

Manufacturing & Technical Oversight

• Coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation of equipment for latex glove production lines.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards (ISO, GMP, quality and safety regulations).
• Monitor equipment installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Work with engineering teams to optimise production flow, capacity, and efficiency.
