As a
Project Manager,
you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, overseeing and managing of projects from conception to completion within time, budget, and the highest quality. This will entail both new stores and revamps within the group's portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Development team with all tasks required in the build of new Pedros stores, or the revamp & remodel of existing stores.
- Liaise with Landlords, Franchise Partners, and Operations during store builds.
- Plan and setup new store build from Pre Beneficial-Occupation until final completion.
- Determine the scope of works for revamp stores.
- Programme and scheduling of work by contractors, suppliers, and internal distribution to ensure timeous completion.
- Ensure that stores are built as per plan and specification.
- Tender out the project to approved suppliers.
