Your Tasks

As an integral part of the IT-practice within the Mutares Consulting branch, you will support the team with regards to:

  • Lead the IT carve out projects, work and support the local team and portfolio company
  • Support M&A Team by conducting IT Due Diligences and support in IT related consultancy
  • Analysis of portfolio companies data structure, processes and tools, as well as the development of digital target pictures and monitoring of the implementation process
  • Involve in IT budgeting planning process of portfolio companies and align with CRO / Head of local IT
  • Co-develop IT Audit framework and conduct annual IT Audits and at portfolio companies

  • Completed university study in the area of computer science, economical computer science or similar technical studies
