Role Overview

The Project Manager – Digital Marketing & Branding will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling digital marketing and branding initiatives across the company's combat sports brands and real estate projects. This role requires a hands-on digital marketer with strong brand sensibility, capable of translating business goals into measurable digital outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) across global markets
  • Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, including targeting, creatives, funnels, and ROAS
  • Lead email marketing strategies, including lifecycle flows, promotions, and CRM-based campaigns
  • Develop and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs, from onboarding to performance tracking
  • Oversee digital budgets, campaign timelines, and performance KPIs
