Project Manager

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1) To assist superior in the implementation of projects undertaken by the Division and submit report to HQ (Selangor)

2) Liaison with authorities, clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

3) Estimate manpower requirements, supplies and materials needed and make requisition. Ensure proper storage and minimise wastage.

4) Conduct and take lead in subcontractors meeting and prepare minutes of meeting, if necessary.

5) To review, comment and make recommendation to the construction drawings and specifications issued by M & E Consultant.

6) To assist in the tender evaluation and selection of E & M Sub-contractor.

7) To monitor progress of E & M works at site against master programme schedule.

8) To ensure that the E & M works carried out at site are in accordance with drawings and specifications. Assist in verification and assessment of E & M Progress and Variation Claim based on the actual work done, if requir...
