Job Summary

At Klarecon, we're scaling operations across multiple verticals.

The Project Manager -

Process & Ops will be instrumental in building a high-performance engine for delivery - driving measurable efficiency gains and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for handling client projects for Klarecon. You'll be creating new processes and improving existing ones.

You'll also train junior project managers on areas including but not limited to process development, evaluation, and improvement; waste identification and management; efficiency management, etc.

This role will be a combination of process and data analytical skills.
