Project Manager in Roofing

We are searching for a Project Manager in commercial roofing with strong estimating and field coordination experience. This role oversees projects from pre‑construction through completion while working closely with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects end‑to‑end
• Prepare estimates, take‑offs, and review client requirements
• Track schedules, labor, materials, and project costs
• Coordinate daily activities with foremen, crews, and subcontractors
• Ensure job sites meet safety standards and company procedures
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve field issues
• Communicate with consultants, inspectors, and property representatives
