Responsibilities

  • Maintain ownership of new client assets and ensure that clients have a timely and quality implementation of Solera products.
  • Work with Implementation Specialists and Customer Enablement leadership to develop and maintain the implementation process of Solera products.
  • Provide a single point of contact during the onboarding process, working with the customer and a team of resources toward the implementation of Solera products.
  • Manage the project from receipt of the project to implementation completion.
  • Ensure proper documentation and that Customer Resource Management is updated.
  • Document all customer interactions consistently, thoroughly, and free of grammatical errors.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve upon implementation delivery.
