Project Manager - ICI (CB)

**Position Description:**The **Project Manager** will evaluate and assess information necessary to construct a core construction project on time, within budget and to the quality specified by the contract documents.*The position will initially be based out of our main office in Edmonton, Alberta, with the role later shifting to a project site located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.***Reports to:** Senior Project Manager or Project Executive**Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:*** Participate in preconstruction activities including design reviews, tendering, bid levelling and reviews, award meetings and project launch.* Participate and review Project Execution and Quality Control (QC) plans with Project Superintendent (PS).* Maintain detailed knowledge of Prime Contract and terms.* Finalize team roles and responsibilities and chair meeting with project team meeting to discuss.* Serve as liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors, and other project ...
