Job Description

Act as the main point of contact for enterprise customers during onboarding and project delivery, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution. They will create and manage project plans based on Statements of Work, track milestones and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The role involves aligning customer goals with project execution, collaborating with Customer Success and Account teams, applying technical understanding of CDP and XP products, and proactively resolving blockers to keep projects on track while maintaining organized documentation and communication.

You have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, client services, or professional services in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage and communicate across multiple priorities with clarity and structure.
