Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + car allowance, phone, laptop, pension

The contractor is looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, managing everything from tender to delivery.

This is a hands‑on, all‑round role within a fast‑growing SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage industrial, warehouse, and office fit‑out projects.

Handle:

  • Purchase orders
  • Tendering / pricing work
  • Schedule of rates
